Pam Courcier (Owner/Instructor) was
    immediately addicted to pole dancing. It
    captured her attention, boosted her self-
    confidence and became a wonderful way for
    her to get back into shape after having her
    son. She feels sexy and alive and can’t wait
    to share this experience with other women.
    Pam has a background in gymnastics and is
    currently working on her certification as a
    Pilates Mat Instructor. As a certified event
    planner, her 8+ years of throwing great
    parties is the perfect match for helping others
    plan a  pole dancing party.

    Christina Kish (Owner/Instructor)
    started twirling and never wants to stop.
    Using the pole for fitness and expression
    has completely changed her body and
    mental outlook! Christina is a certified Pilates
    Instructor and loves to coach women's sports
    and fitness. Christina was a co-founder of
    NetFlix and is now a partner in both
    Poletential and Kish Marketing Services. She
    has given up a career as a high-tech
    marketing executive, devoting her time to
    helping others reach their fitness goals. She
    has a B.S. in Business Administration and
    an M.B.A.

           
    Cat Dagostino has been teaching
    dance-based fitness and mind-body exercise
    for over 20 years.  She is a Certified Group
    Exercise Leader and Personal Trainer
    through AFFA and ACSM.  Her love of dance
    began at age 10 in the study of jazz, tap, and
    ballet. She performed with Atlas School of
    Dance, DeAnza College and at SFSU. She
    holds an A.A. in Liberal Arts.  She began
    teaching dance exercise at age 15 for The
    Spa Lady Franchise and continued on to
    teaching STEP, Aqua Fitness, Kickboxing
    and Spinning throughout the Bay Area.  She
    studied Ashtanga Yoga at Mount Madonna
    Center and performed in the adult production
    of the epic Ramayana in 1992. She teaches
    vinyasa style yoga and received a certification
    from the White Lotus Foundation in 1994.  
    She has been teaching Pilates Mat and
    Apparatus work since 1999, after study with
    Master Trainer Carla Hales of STOTT
    Pilates.  She became certified in the ChiBall
    Method after study with Monica Linford, the
    founder, in 2002.  In 2003, Cat became
    certified in GYROKINESIS and in 2005 she
    was certified in the GYROTONIC Method
    developed by Juliu Horvath.  Cat was
    immediately attracted to Pole dance fitness
    and attended the Urban Fertility Dancer,
    Polecat Fundamentals certification in 2007.  
    She recently reunited with Shawn Frances
    Lee, the creator of the Polecat Power Method,
    to attend the 2009 SlinkyCat Fundamentals
    workshop in Hollywood.  Cat is very excited to
    share her energy and knowledge of exotic
    dance!


    Amber Richard has been dancing since the
    age of 5 and has never stopped! Her first love
    is classical ballet in which she was trained
    following the Royal Academy of Dance
    method and competed throughout high
    school. She pursued her love of dance
    through college, graduating from the
    University of California at Irvine with a BA in
    Dance. She is currently fulfilling her
    intellectual curiosity in the field of injury
    prevention and fitness training and will be
    attending the University of Southern
    California to earn her Doctor of Physical
    Therapy degree. After discovering pole
    dancing in 2008, Amber was immediately
    hooked! She loves teaching and enjoys the
    mix of artistic expression, confidence boost,
    and fitness workout that pole dancing
    provides. Amber entered her first pole dance
    competition in 2009, winning the West Coast
    Regional U.S. Pole Dance Federation
    Championship. Amber has advanced
    training with many industry leaders including
    Jenyne Butterfly (Miss USPD 2009), Sarah
    Cretul (USPDF Miss Trixter 2009), Alethea
    Austin (Miss USPD 2010), Michula Nunez
    (Antix Fitness), Freya Sonnichsen (Brassy
    Butterfly), Karol Helms (USPDF Miss sexy
    2010), Julie Brand (Studio Veena),Wendy
    Traskos (NY Pole Dancing), Pantera, Allegra
    King (Miss Pole Dance Australia 2010),
    Jamilla Deville (Art of Pole), and Zoraya Judd
    (USPDF Pro). Amber is known for her
    elegant, balletic style which emphasizes
    extensions, grace, and fluidity.

Ellen Lovelace has been dancing in one form or another her whole life. Her
experiences include cheerleading, musical theater performance, aerial hoop,
aerial silks, hula hoop, and over 5 years of Reformer-based Pilates. She holds
a Masters in Public Health, with extensive training in health behavior and health
education. Ellen has also taught self-defense through Women Defending
Ourselves. She has been pole dancing since 2007. Ellen's pole training includes
advanced workshops with Sarah Cretul (USPDF Miss Trixter 2009), Wendy
Traskos (New York Pole Dancing/Founder, USPDF), Michula Nunez (Antix
Fitness), Freya (Brassy Butterfly), Alethea Austin (USPDF Miss Sexy 2009,
Champion 2010), Jenyne Butterfly (USPDF Champion 2009), Karol Helms
(USPDF East Coast Champion 2009, Miss Sexy 2010), Allegra (MPD Australia
2009), Estee Zakar (USPDF Miss Trixter 2010), Jamilla Deville, and Zoraya Judd.
In addition, Ellen is a resistance stretching trainer, having studied the Ki-Hara
method under Anne Tierney and Steve Sierra, who train and stretch US Olympic
champion Dara Torres.

she grew to love it and has training in the Royal
Academy of dance method, jazz, lyrical, and
tap. She also competed in dance competition
with the Menlo Park Academy of Dance ballet
team throughout her high school years. Amy
loves teaching and has recently acquired her
Elementary teaching credential. Amy was
introduced to pole dancing by her sister Amber.
She was immediately hooked and enjoyed
being able to dance again after having stopped
in college. She is excited to share her
knowledge of dance and her passion for
integrating more traditional forms of dance into
the pole practice. Amy was lucky to train with
Michula Nunez, Jenyne Butterfly, Sarah Cretul,
Alethea Austin, Karol Helms, and Pantera. She
is currently training for the USPDF Amateur
Division Competition taking place in March.
