Pole Introduction Workshop - See the Class Calendar
This is a 1.5 hour workshop that introduces you to Pole Fitness. The class
includes floor work, transitional dance moves and some basic pole tricks. This is
for anyone who wants to try fitness pole dancing for the first time! Taught by the
Poletential Staff.

Passion Pilates Mat Class - Monday 6:25 - 7:25 p.m.
Confidence. Strength. Flexibility. Take an hour to get a fit, flexible and fantastic
body! We use the traditional Pilates workout flow to challenge your core, range of
motion and flexibility. We take a few non-traditional paths to increase strength,
articulation and posture using props and poles. And, we add a few sexy, sassy
moves to build your self-confidence.

5-Week Pole Dance Class - Mondays at 7:30 - 8:30 p.m. (Our only Series Class)
Spend 5 weeks learning a choreographed pole dance routine. We teach you the
tricks and transitions; you bring in the expression and attitude. The dance is
choreographed for all levels and a new dance is learned every 5 weeks. We have
a blast videoing the dance during the week 5 class (optional). The dance moves
are choreographed, but not to a specific song. So, you get a chance to find music,
whether slow or fast tempo that suits your style. You have your own pole which
gives you time to practice the dance each week as you learn the tricks and
transitions. This is a full body and mind work out.  Most often taught by Christina.

Pole Pack Drop-In Classes - All classes available in one pack purchase

Flirty Tricks  - Tuesdays at 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Twirls, Climbs, Inversions and other tricks take a bit of a Flirty turn in our one hour
all-trick class. This class focuses on learning tricks from the basic level and
adding difficulty as you are ready. In addition, we add choreography to enter and
exit the trick to add fluidity and flirt to your every move. This is the hour to fine tune
all of your tricks for proper use of muscles, positioning and finding the best trick
techniques for your body.

Sultry Pole - Wednesdays at 7:30 - 8:30p.m.
Learn to slow it down while you pump up. Our sultry pole class combines sensual
dance and slow, controlled movement where you will learn to be fluid, flowing and
fierce. You will learn a short, slow, seductive choreographed dance that includes
dance, floor and wall work along with pole twirls, climbs and transitions. This
class is for anyone who wants to add confidence and femininity to every move they
make both during their workout and during their day. Most often taught by Ellen.

Basic Pole Class - Thursdays at 6:25 - 7:25 p.m.
Tricks, Transitions and "turning up the volume" all happen in the Basic Pole class.
This is a great class if you are just starting out and want to learn twirls, climbs and
inversions along with some transitional movements. We will do a short dance at
the end of each class that includes a portion of the moves and tricks you have
learned during the hour.

Tricked-Out Pole - Thursdays at 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.
This is our most challenging class. Join us for a fast paced, high energy one hour
workout. We focus on trick techniques and building strength and finesse using the
pole for twirls, climbs, inversions, holds, transitions and prep exercises. Each
week will include core and pole work. This class is for those of you who want a
challenging, make-you-sweat hour on the pole. Taught by the Poletential Staff.

Total Pole - Saturdays at 10:00 - 11:15 a.m.
Spend an hour learning all aspects of pole dancing from twirling, climbing and
inverting to holds, transitional moves, floor work, dance beginnings and endings.  
This is a great way to build your repertoire of moves for your own choreography.
We will focus on fluidity, flexibility, and strength. Time for a freestyle dance will be
available at the end of the class to put together what you have learned.  Most often
taught by Amber.


Private and Practice Pole

Private Pole Class
A 1 hour class with instruction to learn pole tricks,transitions and exercises to
improve your pole tricks.

Pole Practice Time
There is no instruction for this hour, but an instructor will be in the studio. This
hour requires at least a 24 hour sign up and a 24 hour cancellation


Class Policies

Classes are for women only.

Must be in healthy condition. No injuries, spinal
issues, shoulder problems, etc.

This is not appropriate exercise for pregnant
women.

No nudity.

All rings, watches and bracelets
must be removed before class.

Please do not apply lotion the day
of your class.

For proper warm up, please attend class on-
time.

Once class begins there are no
refunds and no make up classes.
We require 8 women registered to
hold a class.

We require advanced payment to secure your
place on the class roster.

We reserve the right to refuse
service to anyone.

There is a $25 fee for returned checks.

Classes are for women 18 years and above.

It's All About the TWIRL
3-Week Twirl Clinic

season - turn, turn, turn." Join us during
Poletential's "Summer of Love" for a 3-week
clinic to help you get your twirl on.

Ellen will teach all the techniques you need to
use momentum, add fluidity and great lines to
your twirl. It will include forward and reverse
twirling along with combination twirls. This clinic
is available to all levels with all twirls able to be
made easier or more challenging. This is a
great class for ladies wanting to incorporate
more twirling into their dance, gain more
strength for better lines and feel the wind in
their face.
