Directions
We are located at 2682 Middlefield, Unit N in Redwood
City, California.
You cannot see the Redwood Junction Industrial
complex from the street. Please use our directions
instead of Yahoo, GPS...etc.
Redwood City . Take Highway 101 to Woodside Road
West . Turn left on Middlefield Road (South towards
Menlo Park ). Go past three stop lights (Willow,
Charter and Douglas) taking you past Costco. After the
third stop light, you will start to cross the railroad
tracks. As you are crossing the railroad tracks turn
right into the driveway in front of the Fair Oaks Family
Health Center . Continue past the clinic (back over the
railroad tracks) into the Redwood Junction industrial
complex. Go past the first caboose and turn left. We
are on the left hand side in Unit N.

Bring your Groupon coupon to class with you.
- Check the Poletential Calender and determine the
date/time of the Pole Introduction Workshop you wish to
attend. Email the date/time, Groupon ID# and your name to
Groupon@poletential.com. You will receive an email
confirmation from Poletential or a request for another date.
2. Can I cancel?
- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy once you have
received a class confirmation from Poletential. If you do not
cancel via email within 24 hours your Groupon coupon is
forfeited.
3. Can I just drop in?
- We reserve 10 spaces in each workshop so that you have
your own pole for the workshop. Therefore, we require you
to reserve your spot via email as indicated above.
4. What do I wear?
- Shorts and work out top! Please no long pants.
5. What about shoes?
- You can work out barefoot or wear Stilettos provided by
Poletential. You are also welcome to wear your own shoes.
6. Anything else I should know?
- No lotion or jewelry on the day of your workshop! Please
use the directions to the left!!
