Frequently Asked Questions
1.        Why is Poletential requiring this fee now?
Many of our vendors for Aerial Arts have raised their prices in the past few years that make maintenance, insurance
and instruction of “high aerial” more expensive to make available to the public. Instead of raising our class prices or
discontinuing the “high aerial” business, we choose to continue offering these great apparatus at nominal annual fee.

2.         What is “high aerial”?
“High Aerial” is any apparatus where your lowest limb can be more than 10 feet off the ground. Since you effectively
cannot climb the aerial hammocks, lyra or static trapeze aove 10 feet, they are considered low aerial. As we add new
apparatus, we will classify it accordingly.

3.        Are there any new age limits?
Yes, only ages 12 and older can participate in classes, workshops, privates and semi-privates that include our “high
aerial” apparatus. Ages 6+ can participate in our low aerial via privates and semi-privates. Ages 12 and older are also
invited to our low aerial classes.

4.        What is the “High Aerial Safety Program”?
We will be documenting and sharing this program with our students in the month of February. It includes
documentation of our risk assessment plan, rigging and apparatus maintenance, safety program, training program and
how we introduce all of our students to proper “high aerial” hygiene and use.

5.        How do I get my 12 FREE Open Studio visits per year?
When you purchase your Sky Dancer Pass, it will pay for 12 Open Studio Visits (A $120 value). When you attend an
Open Studio, it will show as paid on the roster for the first 12 that you attend during the year.

6.        When do I have to purchase the Sky Dancer Pass?
The Sky Dancer Pass is payable upon the attendance of your second class visit, open studio or private or semi-
private session in a 12 month period.

7.        What if I do not pay for the Sky Dancer Pass?
If you are participating in any class where we use “high aerial” apparatus, you are required to register for the Sky
Dancer Pass. You will be given a one visit grace period to purchase your pass. So, after your third visit past February
1, 2014, you will need to purchase the pass or no longer participate in the “high aerial” classes.

8.        Is there a discount for students, kids’ or family members?
No, there are no discounts on the Sky Dancer Pass.

9.        How often do I have to pay the registration fee?
    Every 12 months.
